Our standard payment terms require a 30% deposit upon signing the Proforma Invoice (PI), with the balance cleared by T/T prior to delivery.
Yes, we provide full custom services. We have extensive experience in tailoring shelf dimensions, colors, and load capacities to customer design drawings and space specifications.
Shelves are flat-packed using air bubble film and protective wrap inside standard export cartons. Additional packaging options, such as wooden crates, are available upon client request.
