What load capacities can HEDA racking systems support?

Our delivered projects range from 300–800 kg per level medium duty shelving to heavy duty pallet racking rated up to 4,500 kg per level, mezzanine floors of 800–1,000 kg/m² and cantilever racking of 2,500 kg per arm level. Every system is calculated by our engineers against your pallet size, lifting height and forklift type.

Can racks and shelves be customized?

Yes. Height, depth, beam length, number of levels, load rating, powder-coat color and branding can all be customized, and OEM/ODM orders are supported.

Which steel and surface finish does HEDA use?

Structural parts are produced from Q235B cold-rolled steel and finished with an upgraded electrostatic powder-coating process that gives a smooth surface without welding slag.

Do you provide warehouse layout design?

Yes. Our engineering team supplies layout drawings and 3D renderings before production, including turnkey designs for cold storage, building-material warehouses and retail stores.

How are racks packed for international shipping?

Components are designed to be fully knock-down, which protects parts in transit and maximizes container loading to reduce freight cost. Seismic-resistant options with extra bracing and expanded base plates are available for earthquake zones.

It depends on your volume. Normally our delivery time is 25 days. For large volumes, our sales representatives will coordinate to arrange the quickest possible delivery schedule.

Our Vietnam factory has a stable production capacity of 80 containers per month.

Q Are there any tariffs or duties on your products to the United States or Australia?

We provide a CO (Certificate of Origin) from Vietnam, ensuring there are no anti-dumping tariffs or special duties for shipments to the United States or Australia.

Q What international trading and payment terms do you support?

We support all international trading terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU. Standard payment terms are 30% T/T in advance as deposit and 70% T/T against copy of B/L.

Q What product certifications do you hold?

We hold the RMI certification for the United States and AS-4084 certification for Australia, fully complying with local market standards.

Q How are the products packaged for export?
