QDo you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) limitation?
No strict MOQ is required, though volume impacts cost efficiency. We suggest order volumes sufficient to fill at least one 20ft container (approx. 15 tons) for optimal shipping cost performance.
QWhat is the tooling fee policy for custom molds?
When specialized tooling is required, opening costs are charged prior to the initial production run. The tooling fee is partially or fully refunded once order quantities reach agreed thresholds.
