Our delivered projects range from 300–800 kg per level medium duty shelving to heavy duty pallet racking rated up to 4,500 kg per level, mezzanine floors of 800–1,000 kg/m² and cantilever racking of 2,500 kg per arm level. Every system is calculated by our engineers against your pallet size, lifting height and forklift type.

Can racks and shelves be customized?

Yes. Height, depth, beam length, number of levels, load rating, powder-coat color and branding can all be customized, and OEM/ODM orders are supported.

Which steel and surface finish does HEDA use?

Structural parts are produced from Q235B cold-rolled steel and finished with an upgraded electrostatic powder-coating process that gives a smooth surface without welding slag.

Do you provide warehouse layout design?

Yes. Our engineering team supplies layout drawings and 3D renderings before production, including turnkey designs for cold storage, building-material warehouses and retail stores.

How are racks packed for international shipping?

Components are designed to be fully knock-down, which protects parts in transit and maximizes container loading to reduce freight cost. Seismic-resistant options with extra bracing and expanded base plates are available for earthquake zones.

The frame of the European 50mm pallet rack is assembled using two uprights, horizontal bracing, diagonal bracing, two heavy-duty base plates, and assembly screws.

Beam Specifications: The maximum beam span can reach up to 4.5m with a maximum loading capacity of 4,000 kg per level. Custom specifications are available upon request.

What are your MOQ requirements and tooling fee policies?

MOQ: We do not enforce strict minimums; however, to optimize unit shipping and production costs, we recommend orders fitting at least one 20ft container (approx. 15 tons).
Tooling Fees: For custom profile requirements, mold opening fees are charged before initial production and are partially or fully refunded once specified order quantity thresholds are reached.
