What load capacities can HEDA racking systems support?

Our delivered projects range from 300–800 kg per level medium duty shelving to heavy duty pallet racking rated up to 4,500 kg per level, mezzanine floors of 800–1,000 kg/m² and cantilever racking of 2,500 kg per arm level. Every system is calculated by our engineers against your pallet size, lifting height and forklift type.

Can racks and shelves be customized?

Yes. Height, depth, beam length, number of levels, load rating, powder-coat color and branding can all be customized, and OEM/ODM orders are supported.

Which steel and surface finish does HEDA use?

Structural parts are produced from Q235B cold-rolled steel and finished with an upgraded electrostatic powder-coating process that gives a smooth surface without welding slag.

Do you provide warehouse layout design?

Yes. Our engineering team supplies layout drawings and 3D renderings before production, including turnkey designs for cold storage, building-material warehouses and retail stores.

How are racks packed for international shipping?

Components are designed to be fully knock-down, which protects parts in transit and maximizes container loading to reduce freight cost. Seismic-resistant options with extra bracing and expanded base plates are available for earthquake zones.

Heavy Duty Pallet Beam Racking

Plug-in composite structure, the height of each beam is easy to adjust by pitch 75mm freely, smart section design and high quality steel.

It facilitates the use of most forklift trucks such as common forklift trucks, electric reach trucks, narrow aisle turret trucks, it is the most widely used design scheme of the storage system.

2. Industrial grade shelving with 5 treated chipboard wood shelf levels per bay.

3. Push-on feet included for added stability & floor protection.

4. Heavy-duty uniformly distributed load per shelf level.

5. Centre support struts prevent each shelf from sagging.

7. Adjustable shelf levels at every 40mm.

8. Fixing holes at every 40mm for optional connecting bays together or fixing to a wall.
