What load capacities can HEDA racking systems support?

Our delivered projects range from 300–800 kg per level medium duty shelving to heavy duty pallet racking rated up to 4,500 kg per level, mezzanine floors of 800–1,000 kg/m² and cantilever racking of 2,500 kg per arm level. Every system is calculated by our engineers against your pallet size, lifting height and forklift type.

Can racks and shelves be customized?

Yes. Height, depth, beam length, number of levels, load rating, powder-coat color and branding can all be customized, and OEM/ODM orders are supported.

Which steel and surface finish does HEDA use?

Structural parts are produced from Q235B cold-rolled steel and finished with an upgraded electrostatic powder-coating process that gives a smooth surface without welding slag.

Do you provide warehouse layout design?

Yes. Our engineering team supplies layout drawings and 3D renderings before production, including turnkey designs for cold storage, building-material warehouses and retail stores.

How are racks packed for international shipping?

Components are designed to be fully knock-down, which protects parts in transit and maximizes container loading to reduce freight cost. Seismic-resistant options with extra bracing and expanded base plates are available for earthquake zones.

Steel Platform

The steel platform is mainly composed of column, main beam, secondary beam, flooring, staircase and handrail. It is overall assembly and no need welding. The structure is strong and different flooring can be selected according to the actual needs to meet the requirements of fire protection, dust prevention and small parts falling. The lighting system can also be configured under the floor.

Q Does Jracking have MOQ limitation and how is tooling fee charged?

No MOQ limitation, but good quantity comes with good price. We recommend the order quantity for regular products of Jracking to fit at least one 20ft. container, which is about 15 tons.
For tooling fee (cost of opening new mold), Jracking charges the cost before the first order for opening new mold, and the cost will be partially or fully refunded after certain quantity of orders.
